Limited Lifetime Warranty
Serene Kitchen Co.'s Limited Lifetime Warranty provides a fair and honest warranty against manufacturer defects. If you identify a defect in material or manufacturing within 30 days of receipt, please contact our customer service department at info@SereneKitchenCo.com. We will replace any knife that is determined to be defective.
Our warranty covers all Serene Kitchen Co. cutlery purchased from us directly or from an authorized dealer. Items purchased directly from SereneKitchenCo.com are automatically registered for warranty.
Serene Kitchen Co. does not warrant its products against normal wear, misuse nor product modifications. Warranty does not cover for accidental damage, bent knife tips, handle damage from failure to follow care instructions, or dulled blades. Rust or damage that results from improper storage, such as leaving a blade in the sink or dishwasher, are not covered. Variance between products is normal and to be expected.
